Shot Scope Warranty Information
At Shot Scope, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. We offer the following warranty coverage for our products:
1. Warranty Coverage
- New Products: All new Shot Scope products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product experiences any malfunction, failure, or breakage due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
- Ex-Display Products: Ex-display items come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Like new products, these are also covered for replacements if they fail due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
2. Exclusions
- Second-Hand Purchases: Warranty coverage is not valid for any products purchased second-hand, regardless of condition. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.
- Improper Use or Damage: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or any modifications to the product made by the user or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Batteries and Wear-and-Tear Components: Batteries and other components subject to normal wear and tear may not be covered if they reach the end of their typical life cycle. Please refer to our specific terms for wear-and-tear items.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Shot Scope product has malfunctioned within the warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@shotscope.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
- Our team will review your case and, if applicable, guide you through the warranty claim process.
- If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
4. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is applicable for the full duration (2 years for new products and 1 year for ex-display products). Please keep your proof of purchase safe for future reference.
